The Rotary Vane Principle

The operation of a rotary vane air compressor flows smoothly through a well-defined process. To commence, it initiates at the intake valve, drawing air into the system. As it progresses, inside the compressor, the air becomes confined between the rotor and stator wall, setting the stage for compression. Throughout this compression phase, the volume diminishes, and a continuous injection of lubricant plays a pivotal role, ensuring cooling, sealing, and lubrication are maintained.

High-pressure air progresses into the primary oil separator. Subsequently, it undergoes the initial separation of oil and air. The final separator element meticulously eradicates any remaining traces of lubricant, ensuring the delivery of pristine, high-quality air.

The system air continues its progression. Subsequently, it undergoes further treatment.
